This comprehensive training extends beyond the dance floor.

Our team of instructors holds certifications from Dance Masters of Wisconsin and Acrobatic Arts, prestigious distinctions that underscore their proven expertise as dance educators. As active members of the Wisconsin Dance Council and Dance Masters of WI, we are deeply ingrained in the dance community, consistently staying ahead of industry standards and trends.

Hey, I'm Miss B! (Breanna Long)

Breanna's love for dance first developed watching her older sister.  Wanting to be like her, Breanna started dancing at the age of three in ballet, tap and jazz.  At 10 years of age, due to family circumstances, she had to stop taking lessons.  But, that didn't stop her from dancing on her own. She went on to audition for the local school dance team and was able to immerse herself back in dance. She then started training at multiple studios in a variety of disciplines to include; contemporary, modern, jazz, ballet (lots of ballet), tap, ballroom and of course hip hop!  At 16 she started assistant teaching at Encore Dance Academy and then continued to teach at the Fox Cities YMCA.  At 18 Breanna began traveling around the country auditioning and learning from as many professional choreographers as possible.  She volunteered at Everybody Dance Now!, Chicago, helping provide dance in communities needing the extra light and positivity that dance provides. Brianna currently coaches our Galaxy Stars Pre-Professional Dance Teams and the Rising Stars Cosmos Crew.  Breanna is certified with Youth Protection Association for Dance (YPAD) and is certified in Ballet, Tap and Jazz with Dance Masters for Wisconsin.

Hey, Miss Olivia Ginsbach Here!

Olivia was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and was eager to begin dancing at just 1 1/2 when she watched her older sister perform at her dance recital. Quickly finding her passion for tap dance specifically, she started competing when she was five, and continued training in all styles of dance in Las Vegas until moving to Appleton, Wisconsin in 2012. Throughout Olivia’s pre- teen and teenage years, she continued training in tap, jazz, hip hop, and ballet, choreographing all of her own tap solos from the time she was 13, up until she graduated high school from Appleton North in 2019. Prior to graduating, Olivia received several choreography awards for her solos and group dances. Yearly, she would travel to NYC to train with well known dancers in differentiating styles of tap, and following graduation she traveled to Los Angeles, CA to dance and train with the Syncopated Ladies Tap Group, founded by Chloe and Maud Arnold. Olivia is beyond excited to be teaching at Dance Now! . She holds herself and her students to the highest standard to insure that her students are not only growing as dancers, but also as respectable, compassionate, and strong human beings.  Olivia is certified with Dance Masters of WI in Ballet, Tap and Jazz and is also a certified instructor with Youth Protection Association for Dance.

Hey, Mr Richard here!

Richard’s approach to teaching and directing dance is focused on alignment, strength, coordination, manipulation of the body, and the origination of movement. He believes that the only way to grow as a dancer is to understand the fundamentals of movement and to constantly work on mastering technique. Only by working on fundamentals and technique, can the dancer begin to tap into the personal connection of the movement and the music. Only after making that connection, can the dancer generate a performance from a vulnerable place of truth, making the dancer’s connection to the audience real and pure. It is this philosophy of finding truth through personal connection that keeps Richard passionate about teaching and helping dancers, dance teachers and choreographers reach their highest artistic potential. Richard has expertise in classical, lyrical and contemporary jazz, classical ballet and modern dance to dancers of all ages. He shares a special connection with pre-teen/youth dancers. He believes he learns the most about his teaching methods in the pre-teen/youth age group because they are very receptive to learning new concepts and they enjoy being exposed to new ideas. Richard attended East Carolina University in North Carolina, where he earned a BFA in Dance Performance, with a concentration in Jazz Dance and Dance Education in 2000. After college, he moved to Chicago to train with Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago. Richard was fortunate to have the opportunity to work and travel with the late Gus Giordano and he now teaches the Giordano Technique in Chicago, IL. The Gus Giordano Dance School named Richard a master jazz dance teacher and he is currently a summer faculty member at the Gus Giordano Dance School. From 2009 until 2017, Richard was the artistic director for the non-profit dance company, Inaside and doubled their budget during a recession. In addition, between 2008 to 2012, Richard had the opportunity to be an artist-in-residence at his alma mater, East Carolina University, as well as at Western Michigan University, Elon University and Duke University.

Mr. Richard works with our Galaxy Stars Competition Teams and their instructors. We are greatful to be able to have Mr. Richard as an adjunct instructor!
